2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

2.2 Payment: Payment is required to secure your booking. Accepted payment methods will be detailed during the checkout process.
 

2.3 Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee (typically 50% of the service price).

• Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (No-Show) will result in the charge of the full service fee.
   

2.4 Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of booking or redemption. They are valid for a specified period as indicated on the voucher.
