About Alice
Hi, I’m Alice. I believe that true healing happens when we support both the physical body and the energetic spirit. Based right here in Ayr, Scotland, I am a fully qualified and highly experienced Lymphatic Drainage specialist. My practice is dedicated to helping clients reduce inflammation, detoxify, and find relief. I have specialized training in post-operative lymphatic massage, providing a safe, gentle, and highly effective environment for clients recovering from surgery who need expert care to heal properly and comfortably.
But my approach doesn't stop at the physical layer. As a holistic practitioner, I also offer deeply restorative massages, Reiki energy healing, and intuitive Tarot guidance. Whether you are navigating the vulnerable stages of surgical recovery, managing chronic swelling, or simply seeking a profound energetic reset, I am here to hold space for you. My goal is simple: to help you leave my space feeling lighter, clearer, and completely deeply cared for.

SPECIALISED LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE + POST OP CARE
Targeted, results-driven treatments for reducing inflammation, for detoxification, or surgical recovery. Because lymphatic drainage requires consistency to achieve the best results, this side of my practice works through tailored treatment packages.
How it works: Your journey begins with an Initial Consultation and Treatment. Based on your body's response and your specific goals (such as post-op healing or managing chronic swelling), I will recommend the perfect package to ensure a safe, effective recovery.
TAILORED HOLISTIC THERAPIES
Deeply restorative, intuitive sessions for your physical and energetic alignment. This encompasses Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy, Reiki Healing, Tarot Guidance and more. These sessions are purely intuitive and highly flexible.
How it works: Simply book my time—choose between 60, 90, or 120 minutes. On the day of your appointment, we will discuss exactly what you need in that moment. I will then blend the right therapies to create a bespoke session just for you. No packages required; book whenever you need a reset.
